Don Fleming & Sharon Cheslow have been friends since the early 1980s when their bands, Velvet Monkeys and Chalk Circle, played shows together in DC. This collaboration grew from discussions about the role and sound of meditation music. “A Quiet World at Rest” encourages the listener to stay focused on their inner voice during the calmer moments, as well as during the stormy times.
